Krakatoa

Krakatoa

The Gods of Earth and Sea
Clash in almighty battle

The sea boils spewing foam
And monsters from the deep

The earth breaks and roars
Ejecting it’s life blood in flames

The Titans rage and wage war
The people die and cry in terror

Cracking, ripping, roaring fire
The island splits and caves inwards

The land sinks amid black plumes
The seas rise triumphant in towers

The God of Earth slinks away defeated
The Lord of the Ocean proud in victory

Memories linger, threats beckon
The battle for supremacy continues

The Gods ever angry bow solemnly
Mother Nature’s wisdom prevails
