Cold, Cold, Cold.

Your smile beamed,
your arms opened wide,
spreading warmth;
your eyes sparkled
but your heart was
cold, cold, cold.

The music was hot,
the lighting sensuous,
filling me with desire;
your eyes said come on
but your heart was
cold, cold, cold.

The fire blazed,
the sparks flew bright,
lighting romance;
your bed was warm
but your heart was
cold, cold, cold

The night was freezing,
the morning frosty,
chilling my soul;
your character revealed,
like your heart so
cold, cold, cold

I had to leave,
to be elsewhere,
seek out the warmth;
seek out the light,
with a heart that is
bold, bold, bold
