Smoked Mackerel, Bacon and New Potato Salad

  • 1 smoked mackerel fillet
  • 2 rashers smoked back bacon
  • 8 baby new potatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • salt & pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • 3 -4 dessert spoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons English mustard
  • 1 dessert spoon Worcestershire sauce
