- 2 large pork chops (you can use loin steaks if you wish)
- 8 baby new potatoes
- 8 baby vine tomatoes
- ½ red bell pepper – sliced
- ½ green bell pepper – sliced
- ½ red onion – sliced
- salt and pepper
- 3 small cloves of garlic – peeled and slightly crushed
- mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard (mine was with horseradish! 🙂 )
