- as many chicken wings as you want
- tomato ketchup
- honey
- ground ginger
- ground cayenne pepper
- minced garlic
- chopped parsley
- Worcestershire sauce
Method:
- mix the ingredients for the marinade in to a paste and coat the wings
- marinade for as long as you can between 1 & 24 hours – the longer the better
- pre-heat oven to 180°C
- place the wings on a roasting tray in the bottom of the oven for about 20 mins
- serve with salad or whatever you wish
